1 Pt Sunderland to Beat Norwich (23/10 Bet Victor)

1 Pt Swansea to Beat Newcastle (23/10 Bet Victor)

The Premier league moves into the closing stages of the season this week and Leicester look in a fantastic position to pull off the unthinkable and win the title. At the bottom of the table Norwich have a 4 point gap over Sunderland, with Newcastle 2 points further adrift. We have two tips this week which we think represent excellent value.

1 Pt Sunderland to Beat Norwich (23/10 Bet Victor)

Our first tip this week comes in a crucial fixture at the bottom of the league as Sunderland travel to Norwich. Needless to say both teams will be feeling the pressure here and Norwich know that if Sunderland come away with three points they will be only 1 point behind them with a game in hand. Sunderland have performed really well of late and contended well with Leicester at the weekend for 45 minutes, until class finally told from the league leaders. Sunderland have struggled to convert leads to three points over the last month, but against Norwich this weekend they know it’s now or never. Sunderland might benefit from being away from their home fans this weekend who expect a lot and can get on the back of the team early and create more pressure. Sunderland have been creating plenty of chances in all of their matches recently and we feel this could be the week where the shots finally go in.

Norwich have done massively well to get four points away from relegation but they know their work isn’t over. They only have one home win in their last six games and have 3 losses in that period. In their last match they lost against Crystal Palace who aside from Aston Villa have been the worst team in the Premier League in 2016. If they start poorly the Norwich fans could create extra pressure on the home team and we feel the chance to get better than 2/1 on a Sunderland win represents fantastic value.

1 Pt Swansea to Beat Newcastle (23/10 Bet Victor)

Newcastle just haven’t impressed under Benitez these last few weeks and the managerial change hasn’t had the desired effect. They face Swansea at home this week and know that victory is essential if they are to challenge for survival. The Newcastle fans have become resigned in the last few matches and aren’t pleased with the work rate on the pitch from their players. Just like the above match it almost becomes a disadvantage playing at home when the fans have turned against their players. The essence of this tip is that Newcastle have shown nothing to inspire confidence in the last few weeks and go up against a massively in form Swansea team. Swansea’s excellent play of late has seen them go from relegation candidates to 12th in the table. They are playing with no pressure and another confident free flowing performance should see them overcome an uninspired Newcastle.
