The Premier League is back in full swing this weekend with a packed fixture list. We have a few fancies this week which look great value.

1.5 Pts Everton to Beat Arsenal (13/8 Betfred)

Our first tip this week is for Everton to secure a home victory against Arsenal in the early kick off on Saturday. Arsenal have been struggling in the Premier League of late and haven’t won in their last three games. Looking at their away form, this is where Arsenal have really struggled of late and a trip to Everton right now might prove too much for the Gunners. What makes this task even more difficult is the fact that they have to travel to Barcelona on Wednesday where Wenger says he will play his strongest team. Given that their match on Saturday is the early kick off and Arsenal are away from home fatigue will likely play a huge factor. Everton on the other hand have been solid of late and now have league and cup ambitions for the rest of the season. Although their home form has been questionable in the last month, we think they can get a much needed win against Arsenal this weekend.

1.5 Pts Stoke to Beat Watford (11/5 Betfair)

Watford have struggled of late as they continue their slide down the Premier League table. They secured an incredible win against Arsenal in the FA Cup which will now surely become their priority. They are almost safe in the Premier League and find themselves in a position where they have little to play for in the closing weeks. Stoke on the other hand have been really impressive with three wins in their last five games as they continue to rise up the Premier League. Their away form has been consistently good recently and they look fantastic value to secure a win against Watford. They have an outside chance of pushing for Europe this season and they will know they need to beat Watford to realise this dream. The fact that we can get better than 2/1 on this bet is too good to pass up!

1 Pt Jermain Defoe Anytime Goalscorer vs Newcastle (9/4 Sky Bet)

Our last tip this week comes in a match of huge importance. In one of the game’s most intense rivalries Newcastle host Sunderland in a key relegation battle. Predicting the outcome of this one is hard and the only thing that we can be sure of is that it will be a nervy occasion. On that basis we think the cool head of Defoe might allow him to grab a goal. He has been in great scoring form this season and has scored in a Tyne Wear derby before. With some defensive errors likely from both sides we think Defoe has a great chance of capitalising and he looks great value in the anytime goalscorer market.
