Arsenal to Secure Important Win

Best Bets:

1.5 Pts on Swansea to win v Crystal Palace (13/10 Paddy Power)

1.5 Pts on Arsenal to win @ Bournemouth (11/10 General)

Lots of questions lie ahead of this week’s round of fixtures in the Premier League. Can Leicester really keep the dream alive and get something at the Etihad, or will City show them to be lacking when it comes to the business end of winning the title? Villa will want to show that they aren’t going down without a fight and take some points at home against Norwich. Spurs on the other hand will want to continue their impressive run against Watford. Newcastle will be looking bounce back from their heavy Goodison defeat and get three valuable points at home against the inconsistent West Brom.

Our picks this week focus on games involving a title challenger, a comfortably mid-table team (but by no means safe given current form) and two towards the bottom of the table. These games take on greater significance as the season hits the final third.

1.5 Pts on Swansea to win v Crystal Palace (13/10 Paddy Power)

Palace have been having an awful 2016, with 0-3, 1-0, 4-0, 1-3 & 1-2 defeats coming since their 0-0 draw at home against Swansea on the 28th December. Meanwhile, the Swans have been showing signs of improvement and see the likes of Sigurdsson playing how he needs to in order to help drag them away from the relegation zone. He has been quoted as saying the old Swansea are back and if this is the case they could well be more than Palace can handle in their current state. We think Swansea look great value this week to get that win.

1.5 Pts on Arsenal to win @ Bournemouth (11/10 General)

Arsenal need to get some momentum going again! The return of Sanchez was expected to inspire them more than it did against Southampton, however the relationship between him and Ozil may take some time to heat up again. This is the game they need to come to life in as it will prepare them for their tougher challenges coming up against Leicester and Manchester United. Although Bournemouth have shown to be no pushovers and are dangerous at home, surely odds over evens on an Arsenal win is something that can’t be passed up as it is only a matter of time before their quality shows through to produce results again!
