Man City to Hit Top Gear and Top Spot

Best Bets:

1.5 Pts on Manchester City to win (-1 handicap) @ West Ham (15/8 Coral)

1.5 Pts on Spurs to win @ Crystal Palace (6/5 Bet Victor)

After another hectic round of games, this Premier League season seems to be raising more questions the longer it goes on. Nobody wants to take control in the title race and almost any team from 11th down could find themselves pulled into a relegation scrap if they don’t find form soon. With that being said, our main tips this weekend will focus on 2 of the top 4 who will be hoping Chelsea’s resurgence can halt Arsenal’s charge and Joselu can continue a promising start to his Stoke career and combine well with his talented teammates to give Leicester a tough time at home.

1.5 Pts on Manchester City to win (-1 handicap) @ West Ham (15/8 Coral)

City just dominated Palace at home, despite an early scare. Although West Ham have had a brilliant season performing above their expectations, their home form has been nowhere near the standard of their away form. City look decent value for the win, but even better value for a 2 goal victory. Although they have been well below their own high standards away from the Etihad, we feel there is much more chance of them turning that form around than there is of West Ham improving their home form. Especially given how Sergio Aguero is looking like getting back to his best, providing the perfect target for all of the creative players behind him.

1.5 Pts on Spurs to win @ Crystal Palace (6/5 Bet Victor)

The second tip here involves the team that City beat so comfortably last week. Palace have been among the league’s worst at home and having gone a long stretch without scoring, they do not seem a match for a Spurs team that are looking to prove doubters wrong and show that they can challenge for the league title. Given a 4-1 win against a fighting Sunderland team came when they weren’t even playing to the maximum of their ability, a match against a struggling attack should be something that the team with the best defensive record in the league can handle. Using their status as the 5th highest scorers this season to get what could be a significant 3 points come May.
